Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key.
You can reach certain areas of the site with the following access keys:
Most browsers support text zoom allowing you to increase or decrease the text size of a Web page. For users not aware of this feature, we have provided a simple "text zoom" tool in the left column of every page, which should work in any standards compliant browser supporting Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript. This tool allows you to toggle the text size between a default size of 12px ("-") and a larger size of 14px ("+")
As always, accessibility standards require subjective evaluation. Every effort has been made to comply with existing standards. If you have difficultly accessing any infomation published in the Seiche, please contact us and we will do our best to make the information more accessible.
