Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship

The application process is in progress for the National Sea Grant Knauss Fellows program. It is open to University of Minnesota graduate students interested in ocean, coastal, or Great Lakes policy. The one-year fellowship, based in Washington, D.C., begins in February 2004. This program pays a stipend and living expenses. Fellows are selected through a competitive process.
