Those new to angling will appreciate the information found in Cooking Your Catch, a brochure from the Minnesota and Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant programs. The publication outlines what to do with a Great Lakes fish once you’ve caught it. It covers preparation, storage, thawing, and cooking methods, including five tried-and-true recipes.
