Minnesota Lakes Public Meetings Report

A report is available that summarizes results from a roundtable meeting and public workshops that Minnesota Sea Grant and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources held in 1998. The meeting and workshops focused on the health of lakes in northeastern Minnesota and were held to define issues and develop strategies to prevent lake deterioration. Treasures Under Pressure-The Future of Northeastern Minnesota Lakes, 37 pp., is available from Minnesota Sea Grant for free. To order, look on the publications page and our free order form, under the shoreland category, item SH 3.
