Attention Teachers! Water on the Web Guide Book is Available

This illustrated guide book introduces educators of college and advanced high school students to the Water on the Web project, lessons, technology, and Web site. Water on the Web integrates advanced environmental monitoring into educational curricula that contribute to the training of a more scientifically and technologically competent workforce. Water on the Web is accessible through the Internet at www.waterontheweb.org. The 20-page guide book, prepared as background material for teachers, covers data access, interpretation, and application. The guide also presents two model lessons from this award-winning project and information on the technological aspects of gathering the data used throughout the lessons.
