Why not pinch a tail, save a lake, drink a pint, and learn about invasive crayfish? Enjoy red swamp crayfish and locally caught rusty crayfish.

Bent Brewstillery is bringing out the best of the boil by instilling local flavor, fun, and education. Along with red swamp crayfish, enjoy locally caught rusty crayfish harvested fresh from infested waters by Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Minnesota Sea Grant will host an education booth featuring crayfish and information on how they can be nasty invaders. Stop by to get some crayfish swag and ask questions from experts about how to prevent their spread to our waters. Lake County SWCD will teach a fun kid’s activity and a costumed crayfish won’t let you leave crabby.

Bent Brewstillery, University of Minnesota Sea Grant, University of Minnesota Meat Science Lab, Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District, and Angus Meat Market and Liquor will spice up your Memorial Day weekend -- Cajun style!
