The River Talk series continues this month and is being held in conjunction with the St. Louis River Summit. If you're a regular series guest, please note the new location and day of the week for this talk.

Please join Katie LaPlante of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, who will present "The Search for Superior Spiders." LaPlante has been documenting the types of spiders that live in the St. Louis River Estuary as part of her master's degree research.

The Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve and the Minnesota and Wisconsin Sea Grant programs have teamed up to offer this series of informal evening talks about the St. Louis River Estuary. Everyone is invited.

Check the River Talk website for details. If you miss a talk, visit Wisconsin Sea Grant's "Great Lakes Takes" blog for a summary.
