They're hard to miss. Stop by to see jars of preserved aquatic invasive species, learn about the challenges and opportunities of AIS prevention and control, ask an AIS expert your burning AIS questions about AIS at the Stop Aquatic Hitchhikers!TM booth #141 in the DECC Arena.

The booth is hosted by Minnesota Sea Grant in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement, Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District AIS Program, 1854 Treaty Authority, Itasca SWCD AIS Program, Duluth Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area and Fond du Lac Reservation.

"I'm an avid fisherman and passionate about keeping Minnesota waters fishable, which includes keeping them free of harmful invaders like zebra mussels, spiny waterfleas, and silver carp," said Doug Jensen, Minnesota Sea Grant's aquatic invasive species program coordinator. "Every year, I look forward to this show. Visitors always have great questions."
