25th Annual Gales of November

This two-day celebration of Great Lakes maritime history, shipping and diving, features fascinating exhibits, illustrated presentations on history, culture, archeology, and 'hot topics' of today. It will also include a silent auction of maritime items and memorabilia.

Doug Jensen, AIS program coordinator, will give a presentation examining the "The Untold Story: Impacts of Aquatic Invasive Species on the Great Lakes." Minnesota Sea Grant will also host a Stop Aquatic Hitchhikers!TM booth to educate divers and other outdoor recreationists about how to prevent the spread of aquatic hitchhikers like zebra mussels and spiny waterfleas.
