Lake Superior Book Earns Honors

Sharon Moen, editor; Nick Zlonis, graphic designer; Debbie Bowen, information specialist; and Marie Zhuikov, communications coordinator for UMD’s Sea Grant Program received an APEX Communications award of excellence in the book category for Superior Science, Stories of Lake Superior Research. Communications Concepts, Inc., sponsors this international competition that recognizes outstanding content and the success of a publication in conveying a message.
